This variety has many names; Clematis ‘Jackmanii or better known as Clematis “Jackmani”.  They seem to be really prevalent at big box stores.  I found this one at Home Depot for $5.  Can’t beat that for a nice vine.   I have it growing up my fence along with the rest of my Roses.
